Responsible for the processing: R2M Solution Spain SL (hereinafter R2M), C / Villablanca, 85, despacho nº 109, 28032 Madrid, Spain, contact email address efuels@heattofuel.eu, is responsible for the processing of the data of the interested person provided in the registration form for the efuels workshop, as well as, where appropriate, your image and voice data obtained through photographs, audios and videos made during the workshop.  

Need of the processing: The communication of the data in the registration form by the interested person is necessary to be able to register and participate in the workshop. 

Legitimation and purposes of the processing: Based on the consent granted by the interested person by checking the corresponding box and sending the completed form, their data will be processed to manage their registration, attendance and participation in the workshop. Likewise, based on the consent that the interested person grants in the form, by checking the box authorizing the recording of their image and voice, said data will be processed to elaborate contents about the workshop and publish them in conventional and electronic media channels owned by R2M and the consortium partners in Heat-to-Fuel, such as press releases, reports, news, websites and official pages on social networks of these entities. This publication entails an act of massive and universal communication of the data of the interested person to any user of the aforementioned media. The authorization for the exploitation of the rights is granted in any form of exploitation, without any time limitation, free of charge and for a worldwide scope. 

Recipients: Based on the legal consent granted by the interested person in the registration form, their data will be communicated to the consortium partners in the Heat-to-Fuel project, whose names can be consulted here, to send to the interested person information about the development of the project, publications or events related to it.

In any case, to achieve the indicated purposes, the data may be processed by third parties that provide auxiliary services, support tasks and systems administration to R2M and to the organizers of the workshop, by signing the corresponding contracts of data processing.

Transfers: The data will not be transferred to third countries or to international organizations.

Conservation: The data will be kept as long as the purpose is maintained and the interested person does not request the deletion of the same and during the legal deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations and attention to possible responsibilities.

Rights: The interested person can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing based on the prior consent to its withdrawal, and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, by means of a written request to R2M at the postal address C / Villablanca, 85, despacho No. 109, 28032 Madrid, Spain or at the electronic address data@r2msolution.com, indicating the right you exercise and proving your identity by any means valid in Law.
